D is tanking for a high first round pick that he'll waste on some toolsy college athlete that will do nothing for his team. Dude took a KR in the 2nd round. Should we be surprised by this move?

In my experience the best way to avoid allegations of tanking is to draft so badly that you don’t need to do anything out of the ordinary to lose every week.
