I haven't watched it but I appreciate The Continential missing the entire point of the movies (staging elaborate action scenes and cult action actors around Keanu Reaves)

The last couple seasons were 90% trash with only a handful of good (watchable) episodes. Everyone was happy it was ended and it wrapped up fairly well. Only way it could not be trash is if it's a completely new cast and new company, but will still be trash.

I recently convinced a friend to go back and watch Homeland, those first 3-4 seasons were some of my favorite tv ever. Got a little lost along the way but it stuck it's landing.
